I loved the charming boutique room I stayed in, complete with modern decor and an very nice city view. The morning breakfast at the nearby restaurant was a gourmet treat, with fresh local ingredients that elevated my experience. Marin, the host, were great with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality.

The room was stylish and so clean 🌟 Breakfast was delish, with options like a massive truffle omelette. Just a bummer about the noise from the bar below, made sleeping tough.

Entrance door lacks clear visibility!!! Room access involves climbing a lot of stairs!!! Air conditioning struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature!!! Noise from the bar below can be bothersome!!!

Breakfast choices limit you to one drink item, with bottled water costing extra, which feels off. Street noise at night can be intrusive, so sensitive sleepers might want earplugs.

The location is perfect for exploring, and breakfast at Bokeria was amazing. We even checked out Diocletian's Palace and enjoyed the waterfront. Just a heads up, there's no permanent staff, but they respond quickly to messages, super helpful.

It was a strong match for a momentary visit in Split with good value for the cost. The breakfast in the Bokeria restaurant was very good, and the quick responses to requests through text were appreciated. Try to request breakfast options ahead of time to avoid any confusion.

Unfortunately, there was no permanent staff on-site, made some requests take longer than expected, and breakfast could be better with a coffee and juice included.
